Atlas Client Services: Expectation when becoming a partner with Atlas
Atlas Financial Services take all their Client Relationships seriously. We have a dedicated Client Relations Manager on staff to ensure all of our client’s expectations are met.
List of Client Services to Expect:
Our team will get you set up on our client portal when you become a client. After being set up, they will schedule a time to teach you how to use our client portal, place accounts, and view all active accounts. You will be able to report a payment, cancel accounts, and create custom reporting. Our Client Portal is optional, if you would like to Fax or Email to place accounts, that is completely okay.
Client Relation Specialist:
After you have learned the client portal, you can reach our client specialist during business hours. If you have detailed questions about accounts you have placed, you will get all your questions answered. The Client Relation Specialist’s main priority is to ensure all Atlas Financial Services client’s needs are met.
Data Entry Support:
Our Data Entry Specialist will ensure all the accounts you have placed are input correctly. We make sure we have all the necessary information to pursue the account legally and ethically. Atlas Financial Services may reach out to retain documentation. It is vital to get that back to us ASAP, or the account will be closed.
